James has participated in a wide variety of sports focusing primarily on weight training for over thirty years. Embracing a strong enthusiasm for quality of life and fitness has enabled him to promote a career in personal training while allowing him to teach others how to improve their quality of life through fitness.
James holds certifications through National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), National Exercise and Strength Training Association (NESTA) and as a Nutritionist.
James played college football at Texas Lutheran University where he made a decision to incorporate his experience and passion to strength training and body building.
His areas of expertise include but are not limited to, body building, strength training, toning and firming, and sports specific training for young adults.
James understands how to incorporate nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular activity into every aspect of our everyday lives. Feeling good about yourself and your overall physical accomplishments is where it begins.
